Induction
You will have a thorough and complete induction with Debt Free Direct. This will consist of a 2.5 day induction session with our dedicated training team, where you’ll be equipped with all you need to know about the Company and its values, mission and structure.
Apprenticeships
Debt Free Direct offers apprenticeships in a variety of business areas. Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes which give you the opportunity to build and develop your skills. Most of the training is on the job and will allow you to work towards an NVQ qualification whilst being paid.
To make an application for an apprenticeship position you will need to apply through a Learning Provider. Our current preferred Learning Provider is Age UK Training.

Location
Our offices are based in Adlington in Lancashire and all of the roles available will be located there.
