As a commercial company, we charge fees for the solutions we provide. Our IVA fees are agreed directly with your creditors. As all IVA providers work under the same guidelines this means that our IVA fees are in line with everyone else (including debt charities). Our debt management fees are set at a competitive level and to ensure you only pay a reasonable fee we have a cap on what we can charge. This is discussed in more detail under the debt management fees section.

There is often confusion about fees and uncertainty whether they are paid separately. Here at Debt Free Direct, we never ask for any fee payments before your IVA or Debt Management Plan commences, nor will we ever ask for fees if we are unsuccessful in providing you with a solution.

The fees we do charge are always part of your monthly payment to your creditors so you will never have to pay us separately.
