Why would I vary the terms of my IVA?
You may wish to vary the original terms of your IVA if your circumstances have changed. Sometimes peoples circumstances change for better or for worse but usually quite unexpectedly! You may wish to offer an early settlement to people you owe money to or you may even have to renegotiate repayment terms with them if your financial situation has changed.
