If one of my claims has been excluded am I liable to pay the debt after the IVA has closed?

If we do not receive a formal claim from any of people you owe money to when requested throughout the closure process they may be excluded from the arrangement for dividend purposes. As a result they may not receive a payment in respect of the amount they are owed.

Even in this scenario the debt [1] is written off in full and you are no longer liable to pay them. People you owe money to cannot pursue their claim against you for the balance owed to them.
